Monday
Travel from the Hampton Inn & Suites in Downtown Columbus to the meeting located on The Ohio State University campus via complimantary 12 passenger vans.
- Vans depart the hotel at 8:15. for those attending the pre-meeting policy session.
- Van will depart the hotel at 11:30 am. for those attending the lunch session (vans will accomodate NUEL Steering Committee members transportation for the afternoon meeting)
- Van will depart the hotel at 1:30 pm for Steering Committee members attending the 2-4 pm meeting
- Vans will depart the OSU meeting location at 3:15 and 4:00 pm. to return participants to the hotel for the NUEL member reception, 4:30 - 5:30 pm.
- For the networking dinner, vans will transport NUEL participants from the Hampton Inn & Suites to Buca Di Beppo, departing at 5:45 (Vans will return to the hotel at 8:00 and 8:30 pm)

Optional transportation: The COTA bus line #18 line travels to/from downtown and campus (stop #3523 W. Lane and Fyffe Rd is closely located to the meeting location) and the COTA #2 line travels on High Street, which provides options to explore the downtown areas in the evening.
Tuesday
- Vans depart the Hampton Inn & Suites at 8:00. 8:15, and 8:30 am. transporting participants to Nationwide & Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center for the bi-annual meeting
- Vans depart the Nationwide & Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center at 4:15pm stopping by the Hampton Inn & Suites en route to Huntington Park (Clipper's Networking Dinner, 5:00 - 6:30 pm catered dinner, first pitch at 6:35 pm)
- Vans depart Huntington Park, transporting participants to Hampton Inn & Suites, with one van leaving at 8:00 pm and the other van leaving at the end of game

- Vans depart Franklin Park Conservatory at 9:00, transporting participants to the Hampton Inn & Suites

Thursday
- A Tour bus will pick participants up at the North Market (beside the Hampton Inn & Suites) for the City Tour at 8:30 am (plant to arrive by 8:15) - returning to the North Market at noon.
- NUEL Steering Committee members will meet on Thursday morning at the Hampton Inn & Suites
